My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything!It’s minutes away from restaurants, shopping and all kinds of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown, 3 miles from Casino,less than a mile from grocery store.There’s also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door.The apartment is on the second floor and has it’s separate entrance.For our guests we offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap which are animal cruelty free

Summary: The property was exactly as described and loved the quirky vibe! Super clean and Brad was quick to respond to messages. Not far from YSU campus and the AC worked great as it was 100 degrees when we visited! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Summary: House was clean and tidy. All rooms other than laundry are located on second and third floor. Main living area - kitchen, living room, bathroom, and main bedroom are on second floor. Second bedroom is on third floor and there is no door at bottom of steps up to third floor. It was fine for us as our kids stayed up there, but it would it would have been awkward had it been 2 couples, each expecting a private room. The house itself was nice and we felt safe. Based on what I saw I'm not sure I'd want to take a walk in the neighborhood around it at night. However, we felt safe and comfortable going from the driveway into the house at night.Host was communicative.Overall, good place and a good price.
