Negative: I rarely write negative reviews, but since the host did not respond to my private comments, I will duplicate them here. To improve quality, I would suggest paying more attention to the cleanliness. For example, I had to rewash the dishes before using them—they seemed to have been washed on a quick cycle, leaving dried food residue or grease on them. Unfortunately, there was no dish sponge, and I didn’t realize I needed to bring one. The frying pans were so scratched that they were no longer usable—they should have been thrown away long ago. The outdoor furniture seemed to be there just for decoration, as it was covered in a thick layer of dust, making it impossible to sit on. The house probably hasn’t been rented out for a long time.

Negative: The sofa was uncomfortable, it was advertised as having two twin beds but there weren’t any. The cots were broken. The thermostat was set too low as well as the hot water heater. It was cold in there and the showers were lukewarm.

Positive: loved the community and the location. we booked 14 nights and we have booked again for next year. the owner and property management were very responsive whenever we needed anything.
