Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Karima’s in Essaouira. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need, it is more beautiful than the pictures. The location is great, just a 6-minute walk to the beach, about 40 minutes on foot to the medina, or only 5 minutes by car. The hospitality was excellent: Hassan, the manager, and his wife were very kind and welcoming. They greeted us with tea and delicious Moroccan gâteaux, and the apartment itself had a lovely touch of bakhour fragrance upon arrival. The building also has a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. Mrs. Karima didn’t hesitate to recommend great options for activities such as spa treatments, quad biking, and horse riding. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Till next time Inchaellah.

Positive: We are travelling as a family and could enjoy our stay at the appartement very much. Good equipment for cooking. Supermarket is close and beach is also near. It is a nice 30 min. walk to the medina alongside the coastline. Ms.Karima and Mr. Hassan take well care. Thank you very much.

Positive: One key thing that made our stay so nice was the warm and enthusiastic reception and support from the owner and her staff. We were able to contact them at any time, and their assistance and guidance were very helpful and reassuring. The apartment was large, comfortable, and sunny.

Negative: Hot water was not available at all times, though it usually was. One might think that the location would be a problem, but in fact it was very easy to get to the center of town quickly and cheaply by cab. We never had a problem in doing so, and it was also simple, quick, and cheap to get to a huge modern grocery store.

Summary: A very nice sunny apartment in Essouria.
