Blue Paradise is the true epitome of a “wow” vacation! It is the quintessential tropical experience that is evocative of a time gone by and is truly deserving of it's name “Blue Paradise”. This spacious family home is situated on a 3/4 -acre property located in Judith's Fancy, one of St. Croix's most upscale communities.
If you are looking for an island escape from the stressors of everyday life or a staycation, Blue Paradise is the perfect vacation rental for you. This home grants you the opportunity to disconnect, unwind and escape whether you chose indoor or outdoor relaxation.
After a 10-minute drive from the airport, arriving at the property you would never imagine what is awaiting you behind the mahogany double doors. You are immediately swept away by the satisfying homey atmosphere; from the island breeze flowing through the open layout living/dining area to the breathtaking ocean views. The exterior of the home is equally inviting and welcoming with its covered deck, enclosed pool area and palm trees swaying lazily in the sweet sea breeze.
Step in the living room which has a dry bar to the right (be sure to check out he stocked bar & complimentary Cruzan Rum) & a dining table which seats 10 is to the left of the living room. The kitchen which is across from the dining table, is fully equipped to prepare your family's meals. Off to the left of the kitchen is the study (location of 1st Queen sofa bed) and the ½ bath; beyond there is the Master suite! In the master suite you are sure to feel like royalty on the King post bed while laying enjoying the ocean views. The royalty ambience continues in the master en-suite bath where you have the choice of shower or tub!
Venturing to the other side of the living room, is the tastefully decorated Caribbean - themed den (location of 2nd Queen sofa bed) & Bathroom #2. A Queen bed with ocean views & a Smart TV is in the 2nd bedroom. Directly across is the 3rd bedroom which includes a twin on full bunk bed and an additional single full bed. This is the perfect room for a couple, three teens or up to five children; either way this room is sure to make any guest comfortable!
As if the interior isn't enough for one to be lost in their thoughts, the spacious outdoor area makes it easy to enjoy quality time with the family. From the L-shaped cushioned seating area to the outdoor dining table or the enclosed pool with a built-in waterfall – whom can all be enjoyed while taking in the breath-taking ocean views.
Additional amenities on-site for guest use are a propane grill, generator, washer/dryer & high-speed internet for remote working and movie streaming!
The home is ideally located mid-island, an easy drive to either of the island's two colonial towns, Christiansted or Frederiksted, for shopping, sightseeing, and fine dining. Summary: Very nice. Clean. Comfortable. Roomy. We would stay there again for sure. My kids loved the pool. The evenings out on the patio were perfect. The beds were comfortable. The check-in process was easy. They communicated well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Paradise and look forward to doing it again, hopefully!

Summary: Great place for families in large size. The bedrooms and bathrooms where so comfortable in the location they where in the house. Kids loved the pool even after a day on the beach! Kitchen was so comfortable for cooking family meals and great table for all of us to sit and create memories. Great laundry room size for washing up and just so spacious and love the high ceilings! Would come back definitely!

Summary: The house was immaculate and very spacious! We loved it. It was peaceful. Close to everything. It was bigger than we thought and had lots of beds for our guest of 12. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: Everything was beautiful. We needed AC in the extra den that we didn’t get but other than an AC problem in one part of the house it was a great place to stay.

Summary: Such a GREAT spot to stay on St. Croix. We have been 3 years in a row and we will attempt to return to Blue Paradise over and over. The house is perfect. Great layout, kitchen, amenities, outdoor space, location, neighbors, pool, etc. Everything you would need is in this house. This location is great for our family because of the gated community and proximity to what we do in and near Christianstead. My children are 7 and 9 and loved the house and pool and especially the bunk room. Wonderful!

Summary: This is a large home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view. The team is courteous and will meet guests at the airport to escort to the home and provide a walk through. The living room/dining room is an open concept and it’s really breezy and relaxing when the patio doors are open. The upgraded appliances are always appreciated. Laurel was responsive to concerns during our stay and provided refreshments and snacks which are always a plus. Areas of concern: * contract sent post payment so no way to review prior to paying * We had to sweep the entire home on day 1 because there were dead bugs (bugs that have been there for quite a while - dried out) around the home. * We usually launder all bedding before use. In doing so, we found a pillow with mold that should’ve been disposed a long time ago. The canopies over the beds also weren’t washed prior to our arrival. * There was some sort of film on one of the shower heads. I had to wipe it down with 1 of the white rags in the bathroom and it practically turned the cloth black. * One of the rooms has a portable wooden closet but the scent inside was so strong, I ended up keeping all of my clothes in my suitcase. * There’s also an optional request to start the laundry upon checkout. I was confused by this request given the hefty cleaning fee we were charged for the stay. I recommend hosts check in on the cleaning team to ensure cleaning standards are met between visits.
