Positive: During my stay and even before I had a couple requests that I needed to be accomodated for and it was no issue. Flexible personal that fulfilled an extra day and also prepared an invoice well in advanced where superb. My personal highlight was asking for an iron to staiten my shirts and getting it brought right to the room.
