Positive: Amazing stay! Blue Mountains Charm was a spacious vacation home with 4 bedrooms, a quiet environment, very clean, and fully equipped with great amenities. Perfect for our group of 3 families with 3 kids. The location is excellent—close to Katoomba, Scenic World, and the Three Sisters. The cosy fireplace, BBQ, and coffee machine (yes!) were highlights. Plenty of parking in the private driveway for 3 large SUVs. Just note the balcony needs supervision with kids. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Negative: Nothing to complain about overall — everything was great. For future guests, having more air-conditioning in individual rooms could be a nice improvement.

Positive: Fantastic location with valley views, visiting parrots and easy walk to Mount Vic township. Lots of room for our family. Great access to the Mountains for walking trails, sightseeing. Super comfy, peaceful house with almost everything you could possibly need - and the aircon was very welcome on hot days!! Perfect spot to watch the sunset, with the lovely bottle of red wine was provided on our arrival. We look forward to a return visit.

Negative: The only problem we found was that the aircon didn't reach the bedrooms upstairs very well. It was super hot outside during the day and the lounge area was kept lovely and cool. We would have loved a pedestal fan or two to blow the cool air down into the bedrooms.

Summary: An ideal mountains stay - we'll be back!
