Positive: The room was spotless, but let down by an air con that was second hand from The Ark. The manager/owner? was very obliging. The motel appearance from the outside is not compelling but the rooms are OK

Negative: The Air con was like a 747 taking off sound wise but as effective at cooling as a snow flake in hell

Negative: Extremely small shower and outdated rooms. The television did not work. There is no trashcan in the room. The door had to be forced open and shut.
