Positive: Host is a lovely man. Room was very clean, facilities great. Warm and fresh, and modern.

Negative: Location doesn't have much to offer but if you're just passing through or working in the area it's perfect. One and only criticism is it's very small.

Positive: Perfect accommodation: dedicated parking, comfortable bed, everything very clean, cooking supplies included (kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, plates, etc.), very good shower. Teas, coffees, water and soft drinks all included. Short drive to large shopping centres. Hosts prompt reply to queries. Spot on.

Negative: Nothing - everything was perfect.

Summary: Ideal stay - perfect accommodation.

Positive: I had a querie before booking which was answered promptly. It was very compact room and spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed for a two night stay, at a very reasonable price. Parking was off-road right in front of the Blue Moon Ensuite, which was amazing, especially considering the torrential rain. The double bed was really comfortable. I can't comment on the tv as I didn't watch it. The only disadvantage for some would be the lack of wifi, but I knew that before booking and my mobile signal was very good. (Vodaphone). I really enjoyed my break and would definitely book again.

Negative: Nothing. Liked it all.

Positive: Everything met the description and was good for my one night stay. The room was very clean and of a good decorative order. Kettle and sufficient tea/coffee provided. All crockery a good clean standard. Clean towels in bathroom and also shower gels provided. Hot water for showering. The area is safe and so is the off street parking. Just a short walk is both Aldi and Lidl for anything you might need. Good communication with host to gain entry into the property by using key safe.

Negative: A bedside table would have been useful. The TV far too complicated to use, I only managed to get SKY news, but that's just me not being familiar with this system of TV. I was doubtful that the bedding had been changed. I say this because I could not smell the usual newly laundered smell which one would expect. Also the bottom sheet was of an old quality that it appeared to have been slept in.

Positive: The bed was super comfortable. Having a fridge, toaster and microwave was very much appreciated . We had everything we needed and more.

Negative: The room was a little too compact. Difficult access to both sides of the bed. The clothes rail in the wardrobe was too high for me to hang my clothes up.
