Positive: Location was very nice. Quiet neighborhood.

Negative: Door! Lock Box did not work. Constantly resetting during ridiculously long Code! Many retries to enter. Frustrating beyond belief to be locked out without knowing if it would work again. This was a problem EVERY TIME we tried to reenter the house!!! For 7 Days!!!! Barbecue was defective. Wouldn't cook a hot dog on this thing. Broken Down and rusted out. Not worth the effort to uncover! So much for Grilling! Main Bathroom sink was clogged and full of gunk. They left it this way for us and would not reply to our request to help. Big dented Garbage Can in middle of Kitchen with no lid! 1 Garbage bag! 1 sponge and one tattered stained rag in kitchen for 7 Days! Nice house, very poorly managed rental property!

Summary: 7 days Door Code Failure. insufficient Cleaning supplies. Clogged Sink in Bathroom!! Gross Barbecue!

Positive: We loved that it was stocked and had stuff we didn't expect. The back patio was huge and nice breeze. The fire pit was awesome to keep you warm. A full.kitchen made cooking easy and nice. The laundry room to put the snow stuff made it stay tidy and organized.

Positive: Location of property was nice. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Cabin interior was nice.

Negative: Previous guests trash left in laundry room. Asked numerous times for it to be picked up due to smell and flys but it did not get picked up. The trash situation needs to be improved. Floor throughout cabin left your feet black if walking barefoot. Toxic non stick pots and pans and plastic utensils and plastic cutting boards. Walkway to cabin front door has lots of nailheads sticking up and loose planks throughout.
