Summary: I just returned from a 6 night stay at this villa with 11 adult sized family members. What an amazing experience. The villa is 3 individual units that form one building. There is no connection within but each house has accessible front door and back patio. All 3 units have kitchens, common areas and patios. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Saltwater pool was beautiful with plenty of seating around it. The place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful clean and spacious home - very gracious hosts who provided coffee and treats upon check-in. They were also great helping us set up tours and transits. House is 1/4 mile walk down a dirt road from beautiful sandy beach and also walking distance to town of Aliki. Very close to airport( less than 10 mins) and about 20 mins to port town where main ferries come in. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Summary: The property was ideal for a family holiday in Paros. We had a family of 12 ranging from the age of 2 years to 70 years. The Villas are separated in 3 separate independent townhouses, each townhouse has it own bedroom/ bedrooms , living room, kitchen and dining area along with out door space. There are 3 townhouses 1 unit 1 bedroom/ 2nd unit 2 bedroom 3rd unit 3 bedroom. This was great to separate the different sleep patterns for children and older family members. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool and size of property was more than enough space for 12. The Aliki beach is 10 minute walk. The Aliki town was 15 minute walk and had beach restaurants and waterfront restaurants for easy access. Their is a bakery, grocery store, artisan food store and vegan eatery within 5 minute walk, making food easily accessible for all age groups on our vacation. Stephania was great to help us setup transfer to/from the port to catch Ferry. Stephania also setup some reservation for us was very helpful. We had 12 group van service on the island to get to all the different towns and ports to visit the other Cyclades islands. The group was able to stay at the pool, air conditioned villa, the Aliki beach/town or go to Mykonos, Naxos, Santorini islands as they desired. Van service Hermes was great and provided mobility to the group. It was an ideal family vacation.

Summary: When we were booking last summer we couldn’t see any current reviews for the property so were slightly hesitant. We needn’t have been, the whole 10 days were superb from start to finish. 12 of us were staying and we each had a beautiful double bedroom with en suite. Alberto (the owner), went out of his way to accommodate us with everything we wanted including organising a boat trip round the island for us. Monica and Stefano the care takers were also on hand for anything we needed and were charming and helpful too. The villa is in a fantastic location a short walk from a sandy beach, snorkelling and the small town of Aliki with great bars, restaurants, small shops, bakery etc. If you want more of a party vibe you’d find that in one of the two main towns. If you want an incredibly peaceful setting, a really beautiful villa and a very authentic Greek holiday staying at Villa Laguna Blu is a must. Highly recommend and would love to go back.
