Positive: The whole experience was amazing Arrival - easy Room - perfect - feet in the sand right on our front door Staff- exceptional- friendly and awesome Food - great ….. just an overall perfect experience and the location and serenity of this place was amazing .. Very relaxed and nothing was a problem either … Thanks team We will be back Love from the girls in villa 1 !!!

Negative: The staff is not trained, they behaved in a very final manner, if you ask for something, they refuse, only the minimum that is required. The massage was a botch job. We hired two masseuses at the same time, and the fatter one was always botching.

Positive: Adored our few nights here, so sad to be leaving. The food was excellent and the staff were beyond wonderful. Special shout out to Tam who we loved!!!!

Negative: Genuinely nothing - the only tiny bit of advice I would offer is that on the large activity board in the restaurant, it would be good if that signalled what activities were paid for and which are complementary. Also, there was a few things on about final bill which weren’t ours expenses… lady on reception was fine about it, but could have been bad if I hadn’t realised!

Summary: Completely wonderful - would return in a heartbeat!

Positive: Blue Lagoon was a beautiful accomodation with lots to do and see. The facilities and amenities were great, with two restaurants to choose from and lots of daily activities to participate in. The staff were also very kind and attentive, and the location was amazing.

Negative: While there were lots of activities on offer, sometimes they were advertised but didn’t run on the day… maybe because we visited outside of peak-season? Otherwise, everything else was fantastic :)

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort - the staff, location, amenities and activities were all brilliant.

Positive: The beach front villa had amazing views. All the food and drinks were top shelf. The resort is kept very clean and tidy. The best was the staff that greeted us all the time and made our stay one that well be repeat customers. Bulla.
