Summary: Loved it. Was a great time staying there,and the owners were very friendly and courteous..i will be staying there again next time i come to Edmonton.

Summary: Clean, cozy and welcoming host. The downside is bathroom is shared so if your not booking both rooms be ready to share bathroom with another guest.

Summary: The property/unit was great, had everything you needed, location great, but the host was not easy to deal with. He asked for the time of my check-in and that he would give me the codes and I said within 2 hrs of the start of check in. He then said ‘if you have difficulty, please cancel your reservation’. I said I will not cancel my reservation. The next thing I know, I received a phone call from Expedia saying they have another room for me so I told them the story and they must have said something to him because then he provided the codes. So beware! Then they allowed guests for the other room to arrive at 4 am! Which of course woke me up and they talked for an hour.

Summary: I had a really nice time on my stay with Blue Kuti, and they were very accommodating. I will definitely stay again whenever I am in town.

Summary: Very clean and quiet space in a house, advertised as b&b but no breakfast available, single room only small had to leave window open to let air in as became stuffy and stale, but neighbours dog barking woke me up. A ventilation system would work and help keep the smell of Indian food from upper floor away. Otherwise nice friendly owner and very clean property
