Positive: Nice quiet and calm place right on the water with a beautiful pool. Very clean.

Negative: Staff was rather clueless one day they simply decided not to serve lunch without telling their guests so we had to go out for a late lunch. As a result we decided to have a later dinner. We arrived shortly before 8 and they told us they were closed. Their site says they serve till 8pm!

Summary: Great location and pool. Too bad about the people and their disrespect for guests.

Positive: What a fantastic stay we had at this beautiful resort. The infinity swimming pool was always kept clean The rooms were lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable The staff were extremely helpful and friendly The owner was fantastic and great to see him there helping out when needed the grounds and gardens were beautiful and kept very well

Negative: To be honest there wasn’t much at all. Maybe the mat outside on on the deck could be replaced

Positive: Gorgeous view from the pool! Lovely well-presented room, with terrace and another view! Room was very clean. Staff were very attentive and helpful Food was good and reasonably priced.

Negative: A bit of confusion over whether we had a room or not (short notice booking), and were so hot and tired.. could have done without this delay! Main building is dated- needs a lick of paint! Asked for coffee in room as we needed to leave before breakfast. They said not to worry, we could have coffee at restaurant but then in the morning, we didn’t actually manage to get one.

Positive: Peaceful, beautiful location, bit further away from everything which we wanted. Nice big rooms, pool and the view were amazing. Resort has a diving school there, did a scuba diving course there, highly recommend.

Positive: The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want a quiet relaxed holiday, within easy reach of busy bars and restaurants, if needed. We stayed 8 nights and it was bliss. The sunsets do not disappoint! It was a different masterpiece every evening..... The rooms are spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. We had a beach front room, and it was truly beautiful to wake up every morning and open the curtains to that vista The pool is exceptional and West facing, so the sunset is picture perfect from there. The sea is only a few steps from your room, the whole beach is a reef, we saw so many fish and turtles, while snorkling. It was honestly Amazing! There is a little sandy beach for kids, right in front of the pool and then 20 steps to the water at high tide The staff are wonderful, from the owner, security and waiting staff, to the chef and gardeners! All of them couldn't do enough to make your stay as special as possible There is an onsite dive/kite school and we booked a few dives and wind foil lessons. Staff at the dive school are French, with perfect english, and it is a very professional operation! A Tuk Tuk into San Juan for a night out costs 1,000 pesos return for 4 people, (£12.50) and takes about 15 mins each way. We also hired a self drive Tuk Tuk to tour the Island, during our stay

Negative: There is very little not to like! There is a varied food and drinks menu at the hotel, if you eat meat and fish, but limited options for Vegans. With that being said, they were very accommodating to our Vegan companion during our stay and there are wonderful Vegan restaurants all around San Juan

Positive: We loved our stay there. It is way more beautiful that the pictures show it. The perfect stay in Siquijor. The staff is extremely friendly and the pool and the beachfront is awesome.

Positive: Big pool! Delicious breakfast, big room, staff super friendly. Breakfast price was super fair!

Negative: - Everything was great, if the just had some shade by the pool will be perfect! - beware wifi is not great, but we didn't need it too much
