Summary: I went to visit my niece and get her checked in college. I made a little vacation out of it. I picked this place that was peaceful and out of the way. Dean was very helpful getting me checked in and making sure I had everything I needed. The place was nice and had good amenities. I only recommend doing your shopping and buying your food before arriving. The drive down the mountain can take time.

Summary: A great place for a restful getaway! Dean is a great host- responsive, respectful and helpful. Situated on a mountainside overlooking lake. Located nearby Cashiers and Highlands for great meals and shopping. Highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed three nights. It was more awesome in person than you can tell in pictures. Dean was very informative and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. We will be going back.

Summary: Beautiful hand built cabin with views of waterfall and Lake Glenville from expansive deck. Dean was a great host and even met us at the cabin to answer any questions and show us around. The cabin sits high on the mountain side so you do need an all wheel drive vehicle or truck to get up to top of drive, which was not a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
