Blue View is brand new construction! A classic soft modern Caribbean architecture set on a full acre with sweeping views from sunrise over Ram's Head to sunset over St. Thomas. It is a very special property sited with the utmost care to capture Leeward breezes with an unobstructed view to St. Croix 40mi away. Find the perfect amount of sun or shade you desire at any time during the day. Blue View is a separate villa located adjacent to our main villa and 6 minutes to Cruz Bay... then a few more minutes from some of the Caribbean's most idyllic white sand beaches.
Blue View features vaulted exposed beams ceilings and beautiful traditional St. John stonework. Blue View has 920 sq. ft. of total living space. Over 600 sq. ft. inside and 300 outside. Open almost 30 ft of sliding glass doors and the total space becomes as one. Blue View features A/C, TV, WIFI, new appliances and a King Size Simmons Beautyrest Black line mattress. The kitchen / living area has a new queen size comfort sleeper sofa with no springs or bars. The bathroom has a 10" rain shower head.
- We are usually available to meet you at the ferry and take you to your rental car provider. We will wait for you to get your car and you can follow us to Blue View.

Summary: Amazing property and hosts. Tim was very communicative, picked us up at the ferry, took us to the jeep rental and gave us an overview of the island. The property looks exactly like the pictures but better. The views from the patio are spectacular. The location is close enough to Cruz Bay but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for a week, and we absolutely loved the place. The views are phenomenal, and we loved the location with its isolated feel but close proximity to Cruz Bay. We enjoyed the nice breezes that you get being elevated, and the star gazing after coming in from dinner was great. The bed was comfy, and the views from the bed can’t be beat. If it wasn’t for wanting to get out and explore the different parts of the island and countless beaches, we could’ve spent even more time lounging with those views. Tim was the perfect host, from picking us up at the dock to take us to our rental vehicle, to giving recommendations on a variety of things to do and places to eat, to even helping us get cash after we forgot our ATM card and were in a pinch. We look forward to returning, hopefully some day soon.

Summary: Tim and Phyllis were amazing hosts! The villa is better than the pictures and the pictures are pretty great! We could not be happier with our location and the panoramic views we saw daily from sunrise to sunset. Tim met us at the ferry and helped us with our bags and getting to the Jeep rental. We followed him to the villa and over the course of our stay he offered many suggestions and highlights of things to do and see throughout the island. They make you feel like you’re at your home away from home but in paradise. We will be back!!

Summary: Tim is the consummate host! Appreciated his immediate responsiveness to all of our questions pre arrival and during our stay. Took immediate care of replenishing the gas for the grill, met us at the ferry when we arrived, and provided an abundance of suggestions for dinner, beach activities, and overall highlights to enjoy on island. The Villa was beyond our expectations! Sunrise and sunsets viewed daily from the outdoor patio are not to be missed and spectacular. The views are truly amazing as is the quiet privacy. Blue View Villa was a perfect oasis and retreat for this extremely busy couple, but the access to Cruz Bay and the beaches was also incredible. Thank you Tim and Phyllis for creating and sharing this piece of heaven on earth with us!
