Summary: It was good to stay quiet place to relax but it looked deserted to try places to shop or dine in but Amy was really nice and sweet

Summary: Pre-trip communication regarding check-in information was excellent, and the check-in process ended up being flawless. The staff, specifically Amy, was outstanding; professional, well-organized, accessible, and friendly. Will definitely be back next year!

Summary: Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart. Spider webs everywhere. Listing showed it on the lake, it was across a very busy street from the property. This listing was absolutely deceiving. Pictures from when it first opened or remodeled i would assume. Don't waste your money. There is nobody on site either to help. The manager redone quickly which is great but he's the gatekeeper to the owner who does nothing. They would not reimburse us one night stay for the lack of bed. Very frustrating.

Summary: Everything was amazing. Only complaint i have is how loud the next door neighbors were ALL night with their loud music and first thing in the morning. We could hear everything in our room.

Summary: We found a live roach or some type of beetle crawling around this morning. I took a pic of it to send you if you want. Also one of the bedroom floors has water seeping out from under the flooring.
