Positive: Location was amazing

Negative: The reason i am rating this way is due to the delay in entering the premises. We weren't able to enter the property until 6.30pm. This was very hard with a small baby as the managing agent needed extra ID from me but never contacted me directly. I had to chase them. This was a hard time as I rented this apartment to house my family from interstate due to my fathers funeral. I would never deal with the managing agent company again if i find out they are looking after the property. Parking was no where to be found as there is limited parking in this street. Also it is advertised as 2.5 bathrooms, there is only one main bathroom and a small shower and toilet in the laundry area which is outside the main area of the apartment. hard with a little one.

Summary: Great location, poor management and not advertised properly in relation to amenities

Positive: Amazing location, close to shops and amenities. View was great, beds were comfortable and the accomodation was clean.

Negative: -The steep steps (the requirement of bringing the garbage bin up those stairs is actually a health hazard, anyone over the age of 50 could seriously hurt themselves doing it) -Unfortunately the king bed sheets were very musty and smelt damp, like they had been left in the washing machine for a day or two. -As there was no set parking/driveway it was extremely challenging finding a park in that narrow street.

Summary: Stairs and parking put us off.
