Positive: The location was nice and as described The staff was friendly and helpful The restaurant service and food was tasty The general layout was spacious The peace/quiet/silence was a welcome change from the hustle/bustle of the city.

Negative: Nothing majorly. The wood in the bathroom is heavily eaten by white ants, but they minded their own business and stayed hidden underground. :) being next to a river in the monsoon, the humidity must be around 85-90%. The bathrooms corners could be cleaned better for residue, but they were quite usable. While it's nice to be secluded, it's a good 3-4 kmts from the the center of the city, so a 2 or 4 wheeler is required, if one intends to leave the property.
