Positive: Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. Host left a nice bottle for wine and cookies.

Negative: Oven was dirty and sink faucet was partially broken.

Positive: The location is perfect to Okemo. 3 large bedrooms, lots of towels and the extras were a nice touch like shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. The kitchen was also well stocked with more than just the basics for cooking. The apartment was clean.

Negative: I found the description of this property extremely deceptive. It shows pictures of the pool, the description mentions the pool and the facilities mention a pool. Only after clicking on show all features it says the pool/ hot tub & gym are an additional fee. No where does it say how much. It is $45 per person per day on the weekends!!! Like many people who stay here during the winter I skied during the day and wanted to use the hot tub at night. That is the main reason why I chose this property and ultimately couldn't use it due to the high extra price I was unaware of. When we spoke to the people at the property they said this is a common problem with guests not knowing and the listing not being clear. There is an option for the hosts to purchase a punch pass for guests to use the pool however, when speaking with the host they did not care at all and actively choose not too.

Summary: Big, clean apartment but pool is $45pp per day extra. Hosts not helpful.
