Summary: The cozy rooms are on the small side but clean and comfortable. We forgot to tell the hotel about that one of us had a disability moving (ok with normal stairs) so we got a room with a lot of steep tiny stairs (very cozy and cool if you don’t have a disability). The breakfast was amazing. The spa area was nice. Very nice staff

Summary: What we like : - It’s a nice hotel with plenty of art work & localized in a beautiful & natural place - Their breakfast is good and we like what we ate at their restaurant. - There are great amenities for kids : kids room, playground, outdoor chess… It’s a nice place for families. What we don’t like : - Swimming pool was too cold. - Our room was very dark. It’s a pity for a suite. - And the main pain point was the staff which was very unhelpful : no advice regarding the area or the hotel : they gave us the keys, that’s it. They did’nt help us for finding a bike adapted to the size of our son or to charge our car… It’s a pity.

Summary: The hotel is tucked away in Bergen, which is a very beautiful little high-end village near Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We stayed only for one night -- 17 hours to be precise -- as part of a larger group gathering. The group dinner was held at the hotel, and it was outstanding and highly recommended. Staff are nice. We had booked a room for two persons. Our room clean and with two windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, but it was rather small -- about two feet on one side of a queen-size bed and a three-feet-band passage on the other sides -- with rather minimalistic furnishings and space. We had no room and place to put our luggage or unpack the immediate necessities. If we stay there again, we will definitely urge for a larger room.

Summary: The single room is really small. I stayed Mo to Fr and there was not much space for my stuff. I guess for 1 night it is ok, if you plan to stay longer chose a bigger room!

Summary: Didn't sleep well. The room was too hot and the noise from inside the hotel was very loud and continued until midnight.
