Positive: Extremely clean and close to all beaches in Tropea. The host Lidia was amazing. Whatever you need she will ensure to get it for you. Very friendly and kind. Will be reserving for next year’s vacation.

Negative: The oven wasn’t working. The air conditioning unit turned off every time you opened a door or window. No shade at the pool. Three men came to our door and told us to leave. Owner hung up on us when we phoned him for directions because he couldn’t speak English and my partner, who speaks a little Italian could not understand him. Other staff tried to call us back (they said 3 times but we only had one missed call) to offer directions but we missed the call because we were too busy asking strangers for directions. There was no signage on the property other than two small signs no bigger than an A3 size sheet of paper!

Summary: Wouldn’t go back!

Positive: The property is in a nice location with a great view of the sea and the Stromboli volcano. The apartment is very new and clean.

Negative: The pressure of the shower was low. The oven was not working, however they helped us out to warm some food when asked. Keep in mind that toilet paper and soap are not included. Also you will need to buy a swimming cap if you want to enter the pool.
