Positive: The hotel location is very close to metro station and right next door to a big shopping mall with many restaurants. The room is very clean and everything is provided including laundry service and free snacks and drinks. There is a variety of items included in breakfast and the food is delicious. The staff is helpful and kind.

Positive: The staffs reception very nice and helpful indeed. BRAVO!!! The room very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Location of the hotel very good and very near shopping centre just below the hotel. Mrt subway just 8 minutes walk very convenient. Recommended.

Negative: The breakfast just ok not too many selections.

Positive: The room was spacious, and the interior was cosy. There was a male staff at the counter, and he was very helpful and patient in helping me find directions and other enquiries. Glad to have a full view mirror on the cupboard and a basket in the bathroom for laundry. Good location, right on the property of a huge major mall and metro but a little tricky to find.

Negative: No instructions how to access the streaming tv. I was stuck watching other channels in mandarin.

Positive: Clean and big rooms with comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast includes freshly cooked noodles and dumplings requested on site. Just downstairs there is a very big mall with 4 towers comprises of different shopping themes.

Negative: Around 15-20mins taxi/didi ride to main tourist sites like Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, etc. Thankfully taxi/didi rides are very cheap and affordable. Nevertheless, would come here again for the value for money accomodation.
