Positive: Blom Studio was clean and very quiet at night. I think we were the only guests at that time. The TV was good and clean bathroom was good. The check in can be smooth with keypad access. The owner replies messages within 6 hours.

Negative: The location is in the middle of 2 towns, Hillegom and Lisse. None of them are close. Also, we stayed in the 2nd floor and the stair is very steep. If you have big luggages, I recommend that you need to pay more to get the ground floor rooms (even though we paid more than two hundred US dollars a night…). In the mornings, we heard big clanking sounds from outside; some people moves stuffs around 7:30 am. It can get loud.

Positive: This is a well-situated apartment close to the flower fields and Keukenhoff but in a commercial area on a busy road near a gas station - not connected to residential or stores. It is walled off so it does feel like it's own oasis. The apartment was large and one large glass wall gave lots of light to the common yard in front.

Negative: It felt like this apartment hadn't seen some attention in a while - it was spotless but the kitchen was lacking in many items - no salad bowls, only one large pot (no smaller saucepans), limited utensils, no corkscrew. The outdoor area hadn't been swept and the towel rack in the bathroom didn't work. the QR code for wifi connection was incorrect and I called the manager to get the code after no reply to my emails. I had a sense that it had been a problem for a while and the code hadn't be updated. I would still stay here during the spring because of it's proximity to the tulip fields but it felt bare minimum inside including minimal furniture in a large space.
