Perfect to entertain, this lush estate nestled on an oversized acre lot has a style all its own. Minutes from Hard Rock Stadium, 15 minutes from Downtown and only 25 minutes from both MIA and FLL airports makes this the perfect getaway. Close to all the action yet in a world all its own. Beautiful gardens provide tons of privacy, a sub-tropical oasis sits beside the large heated salt water pool, featuring palms, plumerias, birds of paradise, orchirds, jacuzzi, large tiki hut and a night club!
The circular driveway has automatic gate entry behind six foot walls that surround the grounds. Additional features include a sound system, jacuzzi, and large tiki hut, indoor and outdoor bars, indoor and outdoor dining and space to entertain all of your guests in a serene and stylish motif. This home features state of the art kitchen appliances both inside and out. Viking custom fridge (to match kitchen cabinets) an outdoor kitchen decked out with mini fridge and gas grill, perfect for entertaining. 5 bedrooms include both an expansive master and junior master upstairs; downstairs are 3 bedrooms as well as a movie theater that doubles as an additional sleeping space with adjacent full bathroom. An electric and eceletic game room contains both pool and foosball tables as well as a flatscreen tv to catch all the games. Sonos speakers, LED mood lighting and custom artwork fill the entire property offering an unmatched entertaining experience.
Guest has access to all of the house, yard and tiki hut with the exception of the tree house, garage and storage-shed.
Any gathering in excess of 20 guests needs to be approved in writing and carries an additional charge of $50-$100 per person per day as well as additional staff for cleaning, security and parking.

Summary: We rented this for a group of friends hosting a 40th bday dinner. There's even a nightclub inside the home which we used after the dinner. A great escape and the perfect house for this type of event. We are locals and will definitely book again.

Summary: Booked this place with family and friends to have a cookout and hang out with a big place that was gated private, secure. Even though it rained half the time had plenty of fun using the game room, movie theater and even used the bar to make drinks. We could still use the grill and the patio while it rained. When I t cleared up later enjoeyed huge hot tub. Was a little dark at night, but I hadn't realized i needed to swithc on outdoor light.s Am going to have to book again so I can use tiki hut! Place was exactly what we needed!
