Positive: The location was great, the view from our room was excellent.

Negative: An elevator, we were on the second floor and the stairs are very steep.

Summary: It is called a beach house for a reason very laid back vibe and décor great location.

Negative: housecleaning staff were all very pleasant, but did not feel that there was much of a cleaning done during the stay

Positive: I liked everything! Setting and ambiance inside and out is amazing. Beautiful views, great staff, walkable, great restaurant on site and others nearby .

Positive: Shabby chic property with the one of the beg views on the island. Very old house covered into a hotel with steep stairs and paper thin walls. So would recommend depending on the price you have to pay. Don’t expect high end.

Negative: Thin walls, untrained staff, bar closed on weekend in June. Very small room But cozy.

Negative: The Accomodations were extremely small and very basic furnishings I booked for two couples no closets or room for luggage in bedrooms super noisy we heard the family and children’s conversations as well as running in adjacent hallway at 8 am. I was charged a daily resort fee to access the public beach but weather did not allow to even go

Summary: This was an extremely overpriced $1500 a night for very basic Accomodations

Positive: My husband and kids come a few times a season and stay in block island. THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST. I was in awe with how perfect the room was for us. We rented a car to get around the entire island, but our favorite part was how close it was to everything. We ended up walking most of the time to and from the house. Which was so perfect. The staff, comfort and location was the reason this stay above and beyond met our expectations.

Negative: Not one that.
