Negative: During our stay, the water supply was cut off. We were without water for three days. The hosts were unable to resolve the issue. They also failed to communicate with us when we requested compensation for the inconvenience. Moreover, there were ongoing roadworks in the neighborhood, with workers starting as early as five in the morning. The hosts did not inform us about this in advance. All of this greatly complicated our vacation.

Positive: The apartment is nice, it has all the amenities. We arrived late and we had water in the fridge, we were very gratefull for it. The beach is 9 min away, the supermarket 10 min away.

Negative: The view is of buildings, some of them are run down. There is noise from the surounding building beeing build. The rules for the trash pickup are messed up. There is a fien mentioned. The front doors was blocked a few times. Scary. Also there is a list of prices for the everything in the appartment, if you break it you pay for it. Fair but strange :( There are prices/fines mentioned everywhere.

Positive: Lounge, kitchen balcony, company managing the property did change the mattress, kettle and bring 2 pasta bowls,clothes drying rack, and iron board cover. and sent somebody to do a bit of cleaning ,but would not fix water pressure needs pump fitting. spacious apartment for 2 people.

Negative: Kitchen utensils, oven, worktops not clean,not enough cooking utensils and pots to cook with, nothing to heat up food in microwave, worktops and cupboards dark no lights under cupboards hard too see what you are doing, toaster to small and lever to stiff to use, kettle leaked when you poured the water, fridge freezer didn't work well always frosting up and when you turned it down to stop it freezing up the freezer didn't freeze well took a long time to water for ice cubes . Clothes horse dirty and rusty, linen basket rusty and dirty and ironing board cover disgusting. sofa uncomfortable and not very clean,chair covers not clean, washed seat covers on chairs and placed sheet on settee to sit on. water pressure poor,wife had to shower at mother's apartment in zabbar, sink taps water pressure for hot and cold so slow you could pee faster. mattress old, cheap, dirty ,springs digging in your back and sank in the middle, headboard man made and poor just material with cushions stuck behind it and looked dirty

Positive: Very good location, close to the center and the coast. Nicely furnished apartment, equipped with all necessary equipment.

Negative: The shower cubicle is in poor condition, it is not comfortable to use and is clearly worn. The water pressure is also weak, especially the hot water. Far from comfortable to use.

Positive: Good size modern flat, quiet and sunny in a good location close to the sea and the marina. Olivia the manager was responsive and really helpful Would be a 10 if not for the mediocre broadband

Negative: Broadband speed is limited (about 10Mbs) and connexion is a bit spotty at times. It's functional but given availability of high speed broadband everywhere nowadays, better is expected

Positive: Very convenient location of apartments in a quiet location. To the beach walk 7- 10 minutes, to the promenade even closer. There are many grocery stores nearby. Apartments are new. Clean, comfortable. Comfortable bed in the bedroom (in Malta with this is often a problem). Each room has a TV. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a long and comfortable stay. When we checked in, we found a compliment in the form of a huge number of oranges. There was also water in the refrigerator. From the bedroom there is a sea view, it was a pleasant surprise.

Negative: In fact, there are no significant drawbacks. But I would like to add two more towels to take them to the beach. Also would like an extra blanket if you sleep in different rooms. There were lots of pillows and only one blanket.
