Summary: The room, view and service were lovely. The bed is a bit hard. Breakfast was Oatmeal, granola fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins and fruits etc. The peir was beautiful and Ms. Virginia was top notch!

Summary: The room was clean and absolutely beautifully decorated, staff was friendly, breakfast was simple but tasty. The views outdoors were incredible. I hope to stay again soon.

Summary: Ok so it was nice but apparently the housekeeper is very nosy n I had tossed away some documents. I probably should’ve shredded that I found someone with of mine pertaining to my identity and I wanted them disposed of, and I threw them in the trash, but what happened the housekeeper retrieve them out of the trash from my room and then gave them to someone else which further annoys me because it should’ve just left in the trash but now shows me that her going through the trash, retrieving these documents that itself troubles me I should’ve shredded them and it’s my bad, but still the fact that she’s going through it like that bothers me too.

Summary: Small hotel which is perfect for us. Great location and views of the sunset. Next door is local restaurant. Very nice breakfast buffet. Easy drive to St Augustine. Only slightly negative comment is the contactless feature is a little extreme, barely any human interaction.

Summary: When we checked in we didn’t have any hot water in shower. Management informed. Second night fight in hallway. A lot of cursing. Elevator was in operative for 2 days. Third day still no hot water in shower. Management couldn’t seem to rectify problem. We checked out on day three.

Summary: THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. IT has a mansion type feel to it. The rooms / bathrooms are super nice. The breakfast was solid with fruit, yogurt and bangles. Coffee was delicious. There’s a dock that you can walk out on. Maybe 200 ft long. Has a nice little swimming pool. It’s small but it works. Great place for pictures and recharging. The walls are alittle thin. Remember this a mansion style vibe. Parking a little tight but not bad. Super easy check in. The public beach access will be about a 10 minute walk. Give this place a stay 🌴

Summary: The pictures online were quite beautiful and very deceiving. The arrival was smooth, great communication and they even allowed us to check in early! That’s where the positives stop. The listing said two pools and two pool bars. The pools were the size of hot tubs, not pools, and there was no bars at all!! The listing said family friendly, but we were very glad we didn’t book this place with our son. It’s definitely not family friendly! Also, no elevator! The room was extremely small, barely room for one person to walk through and very difficult for two! The wall side of the bed was barely passable. (The book is a scale for the picture) In the room, you could hear every noise in the hallway The bathroom had a gas station bathroom soap dispenser, rust from the faucet and the sink was so low the water splattered everywhere. My husband was so uncomfortable and claustrophobic, we couldn’t remain in room any longer than to sleep. The worst part of the stay was no hot water!! My husband ran the water over 10 minutes before taking a cold shower. After notification, they said the water takes a little while to warm up in Room 8!! They offered to move us at 11:30pm or we could use the shower in the room next to us!! Why were we placed in a room they knew had no hot water, if they had another open!! They did offer us 15% discount…haven’t seen anything yet! We were looking forward to a great adult getaway, extended our trip one day with this hotel and truly wished we didn’t!
