Positive: Ambience of the apartment was good

Negative: Quite a number of things i didnt like. 1.The bathrooms had no shower caddy or soap case.It was inconveniencing having to bend to keep soap/bath gels on the floor. 2.No supplies for the washing machine, hence we had to wash by hand.

Positive: We loooved our stay at Bless Villa. We had a week to have a feel of Zanzibar. Amidst the heat, the house was a small haven with well functioning air condition, a well maintained pool and GREAT host. Pendo went above and beyond.. suggesting activities, booking them for us and making sure we do not fall for the “tourist’s rates” . Best decision I made was to wait in booking activities online and asking locals first. The driver she provided us with (Nasib) was a breath of fresh air to our trip as well. Suuuper helpful and kind.

Negative: If I had a couple of suggestions; it would be having shower caddies in the shower. It would be a great addition to the bathroom to make it more accessible to guests who have to bring soaps and all in the shower with them but have no where to put them. Also, adding a pair or two of bedding in case the ones on need a wash + having microwaves readily available although Pendo did provide one upon request. Investing in firmer beds would be a plus but may be a personal preference.

Summary: All in all, 100% recommend the villa. The host’s kindness and home away from home feel is top tier
