Summary: The room is lovely as reminder my partner old house and the bathroom is separate but private for the room number 4 only. It about 10-15 minutes walk it depend on your speed of walking. They will give you the key fob to access and it easy to use. Roger is a lovely man.

Summary: Great little guest house, spotlessly clean.inly a short walk to the city center . The room had all the basic amienties we needed.the owner was really helpful and friendly.great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Excellent value for money. Was over 100 pounds cheaper than anyone else in York on that night. The owner is absolutely lovely and will do anything for you. Excellent location, 7-8 minute work to the Minster and the centre of York. Rooms are basic but nice. No Tv and one shared bathroom were the only downsides, but when you consider the money you are paying it is great.
