Positive: This is a fabulous property. We travel a lot in Europe and the rest of the world, this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Lovely decor and setting. There are good restaurants and a mini mart a short walk away. The breakfast delivered to your door each morning is outstanding. Julio the host is an absolute star. Whilst we were there my wife fractured her foot. Julio was fantastic in organising a hospital appointment and accompanying us to ensure we got the best possible attention.

Negative: Nothing a great place.

Positive: The apartments are much better than the pictures! Very beautiful property and the host Julio was just amazing in providing all the needed information, recommendations on excellent local restaurants, places to visit, etc. Everything is with the attention to the details including water in the fridge, some snacks and delicious ice-cream as well as offered a glass of wine upon check-in. Julio provided information well before hand that made our arrival easy and we had nice spots to stop by. The breakfast was a lot - though we stayed 2 nights, we ate our first breakfast both mornings. The apartments are super clean and very comfortable, the temperature in the room was perfect upon our arrival. The TV already has all main streaming services available e.g., Netflix, etc. that was convenient. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the amenities if needed. There was plenty of parking on the street and right in front of the apartments. Overall great place to stay, definitely would come back and recommend!

Negative: Not something negative, but JFYI: as this is not a hotel (as we suspect) Julio is not able to charge the costs of the stay tax (VAT) free for foreign visitors unlike in other places we stayed. We had to pay in CLP with taxes included and Julio mentioned we could get those taxes back in the airport when we were leaving Chile, but it was not a case as there is no tax refund desk in Santiago.

Positive: Julio was an exceptional host. He personally dropped off a beautiful basket of breakfast goodies each morning. Fresh fruit juices and yogurt were the best! Yummy pastries and other treats that we enjoyed all day.

Positive: Beautiful facility. Everything was very comfortable and in perfect location. They personally brought breakfast to us every morning. Julio was the best host we have ever had. He would make dinner reservations for us and checked on Massage places. Anything we needed I knew all we had to do was ask Julio and he was on it quickly.

Summary: I would definitely stay here again and would highly suggest it
