Positive: Friendly staff

Negative: The suite was nothing like a suite, poor separation between the toilets/bathroom/ and the beds; Not well adapted for children. The AC was leaking water in inside the living room. Also, the location and beaches are not adapted for babies and young children.

Summary: Not the comfy relaxing stay we were looking for.

Positive: Beautiful location, few minutes walk from two gorgeous beaches. White sand, starts shallow, but then you can swim in 4-5m deep water, and you can also jump from the rocks. Professional service, good pools, nice bars, the food was better than what we expected from such a big resort.

Negative: Nothing really, everything was okay. Only the quality of the beer in the all inclusive package should have been better, I rather went to the beach and bought a good draft beer there.

Positive: Absolutely amazing view. Great location between 2beaches. Has very nice pools and most of the workers ,specially at the bar are very nice

Negative: Many things were not mentioned while booking. For beach towels you have to leave 20€ each +2€ for service.Cash only. You can get towels from 10:00 only then we found out that it is cash only.cash machine didn’t work .ended up with no towels. If you want a drink bear pool you have to pay 1€ for the cup by token but token you can get at the reception only . We booked a room with the sea view but what we got it was not what was confirmed during the booking and when we tried to speak about this small bits at the reception to Lucy she was very rude and provided very bad customer service. They advertise that they have 3restaurants in the place but buffets which provide exactly the same food you can not call a restaurant.so yes,they have buffets big enough to accommodate everyone but not a restaurant. Also we had All inclusive but drinks were very bad and when we asked for the prosecco in the evening for diner another worker told us that there is no prosecco for dinner it will be for breakfast which was a bit unusual. We’ve checked in the morning just for curiosity but there were no prosecco there as well. Later we realised that we could take it in the bar in the different hall but it was not explained right way.We stayed in the place for 3nights only and waisted too much time on sorting things out

Positive: Beautiful location! Quiet part of the island, better for a relaxing trip or family trip. The buffet had many options, although it was the same everyday.

Negative: Everything seems to be geared for children. All the activities are for children. There is no night club like most resorts have. If you are looking for a family vacation this is for you. But if you don’t want to be surround by kids constantly, avoid. Also, they have an annoying system where you need to purchase chips to exchange for the plastic cups used for drinks at bars. If you don’t have the chips they won’t even give you water. Also beware of dress code required for the buffet.

Summary: Great location. Too many children/children activities. Strange rules.
