Positive: It's such a beautiful apartment, super close to downtown, walking distance, actually. The host was very attentive and very polite. Quick to answer any question we had. Even helped us with restaurant suggestions. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable. Full kitchen, full bathroom, and big living room. We had a pleasant stay. Would stay again!

Negative: The parking was horrible. There is no assigned parking. Once you do find parking, just leave your car there. Otherwise, you'll have to look for another. It's free street parking, so people are quick to take what's open. One evening, we drove around for 15 mins looking. Also, I wish there was coffee, sugar, and creamer for morning coffee.

Positive: I arrived late at night, Blanca met me in person in front the building. She guided me to the parking lot which is really close to the apartment building. She did really a great job in the apartment decoration. It was very nice with everything you need and a great location on the long beach. I really enjoyed the view every morning on the way driving to the office. I will definitely come back in the future.

Negative: Nothing I can think of.

Summary: Great value and nice stay, highly recommend.
