Positive: Ease of registration and unloading. The building was of a high standard of construction with good quality furniture, appliences and furnishings.

Negative: The elevator was so busy, wait times were long. But we used the stairs as much as possible, though the elderly or handicapped could not do that.

Positive: Everything was exceptional from the check in process to the room. At check in, the staff member exceeded our expectations with a surprise room upgrade and a bottle wine when he found out it was my partners birthday. (I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was amazing!). The room was very clean and very comfortable with everything you could need.
