Summary: The Inn was lovely and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owners were warm and welcoming when we arrived and delightful to chat with. There was fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast in addition to baked goods and other freshly prepared options once we were seated. Five inches of snow fell the first evening enhancing beautiful scenery viewed from the dining room. We definitely plan on returning!

Summary: The decor of the Black Swan Inn, in our room and throughout was absolutely gorgeous. Everything whose beauty is enhanced by sparkle or shine did just that. Breakfast was delicious, prepared and served up by solicitous staff. The owner greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcomed. It was a great stay in a historic Inn. Anyone heading to Tilton and Lakes region should book there.

Summary: Friendly staff, clean, yummy and generous breakfast. They even started breakfast half an hour early because I had to leave early. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Breakfast room was awesome. We were down early and had some kind of omelete, excellent berries and yoghurt, nice coffee. If you're looking for a B&B in a historic property this will won't disappoint. Coffee in the room would have been nice but there was a kuerig downstairs. The sitting/drawing room(s) were lovley, grounds looked good. Great location for weekend break. Stair may be steep for some (goes with being authentic/historic),

Summary: This is a really cool location with a lot of history. This is an authentic “classic” BNB which was what my wife and I were looking for. Tricia was super responsive to our every need. We will be back!!

Summary: My wife and I were SO impressed with this B&B!! It’s a beautiful place with two buildings built in the 1880’s. Meticulously cared for and just gorgeous! The hosts had warm cookies available, as well as free water and soft drinks, coffee, etc. for all of the guests. The rooms are preserved with their 1880’s charm, but still have the modern amenities needed to make the stay more comfortable. Really, really, REALLY love this place!!
