Summary: Great location, great service, restaurant has a very nice free breakfast and other meals. A good place to meet friends and business casual. Room is basic, not updated from the 70s or so but comfortable. I understand the next door hotel, Stream, has updated rooms. Many rooms at Black Stream have an amazing view of the historic City Hall. Great service, nice staff.
