Positive: Black Sheep Bed & Breakfast is not a luxury hotel, and that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s a cozy, budget-friendly place with a unique character and a lovely mix of old-fashioned charm and relaxed Ladakhi vibes. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The dining area is nice, but my favourite part was the large balcony overlooking the river and mountains—a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There’s also a lovely upstairs lounge where you can relax, read a book, play games or simply hang out after a long journey. If you’re looking for luxury facilities, this may not be your place. But if you want a clean, comfortable and affordable stay with warmth, character and beautiful views—especially for a night in Kargil—I would highly recommend Black Sheep. It has a charm of its own and we really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Like many hotels in Ladakh, there is no AC, but the fan was sufficient for us.

Positive: The room overlooks a beautiful valley and is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was the perfect place to recharge during my road trip to Leh. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are amazing people, too. Thanks for your hospitality. :)

Positive: The nice room and shower Wonderful view from the restaurant The food at the restaurant The great Breakfast 👍 They had EXCELLENT French press coffee SURPRISE BETTER THEN any known brand Organic Indian coffee, way better than Lavazza I was 😲 shocked 😲 so smooth . The excellent service 👏 👌 of an wonderful staff.
