Summary: Nice, typically rustic Belize style resort. Everyone working there that we interacted with was friendly. Very few rooms occupied the two nights we were there (5 rooms the second night and less than that the first night it seemed), which was good in some ways but not great for the resort. It seems they don't use dynamic pricing because I would have stayed another night if the price wasn't so much higher for the Saturday night stay even though I was told they only had 10 rooms booked for Saturday. The restaurant was good--you pretty much have to eat there unless you want to drive a long way. It would have been nice if the server had told us at breakfast that each coffee refill was an additional charge so we could take that into consideration before asking for more. The Spa on the rooftop which looked like a nice place to relax didn't work but other than that everything was as expected and nice. One of the owners was often around and very friendly.
