Positive: Off road parking, bed was comfortable, a small fridge for guest use in laundry, price and the very friendly, helpful hosts.

Negative: Suburban street location is a little out of town, need car for meal options. Disappointed with breakfast, was so looking forward to the pancakes and fresh fruit. Day 1: only fresh fruit was grapes and day 2: pancakes were burnt and unappealing. No maple syrup? Pillows could do with a revamp. Be aware that 2 dogs are inside also.

Summary: A good stopover on our way north.

Positive: Kind and thoughtful hosts who truly make you feel at home. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered a lovely view over the Black Isle. Free on-site parking was convenient and easy to use. The breakfast was excellent, with pancakes, porridge, yogurt, coffee, fresh fruit, and homemade jams prepared by the owner. The B&B is located in Dingwall, a quiet town with all the essential services and amenities you may need during your stay, making it a great base for exploring the area. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

Positive: So warm and cosy. Bed was extremely comfortable with memory foam mattress, tv was fantastic size and moved to get a great view, an amazing view from the window where the room was a beautiful sun trap! Margaret was the most welcoming lady I felt I had known for years! Nothing was a bother and breakfast was outstanding with homemade pancakes, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and homemade porridge !

Negative: Nothing at all!!

Positive: Lovely comfortable bed with cotton bedding made for a very good night sleep. Good breakfast, not the full Scottish but we welcomed the options of porridge and pancakes, along with fresh raspberries from the garden to go on yogurt, along with other cereals.

Negative: Nothing to not like. Not a great choice of restaurants in the town, probably best to eat at lunchtime.
