Summary: We have stayed at this house multiple times. We enjoy the layout of the house as there is plenty of room for people to gather to visit or do activities. We give our son and his young family the main floor bedroom as there is room for all of their young children. They can get up to use the bathroom or kitchen any time of the night without disturbing the rest of us. The proximity to the Mickelson Trail is great as we love to go walking when we are not touring. The location in Hill City is a nice central location in the Hills, with easy access to both Custer and Rapid City. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Summary: Location is great. Kitchen is well stocked with tableware and cooking utensils. Very roomy, and the deck was a great place to experience the Northern Lights.

Summary: This spacious house was perfect for a family of 8! The location is beautiful - private and out of town but close to everything we wanted to see and do. Only wish we had more time to further explore the trail that runs right by the property!
