Positive: The woman at reception provided a kettle when I requested one.

Negative: Noisy a/c at night, noise coming from neighbouring room - not mine. Had to wear earmuffs and ear plugs - that reduced the sound by 42dB - could still hear a flux like sound. If you sleep lightly - don't stay here!

Summary: There ought to be renovation work done especially soundproofing and new quieter A/c.

Positive: When I first arrived at the property my first impression was that I had made a mistake in booking there based on the way the hallway looked but my room ended up being pretty nice and it was cleaned better than many of the other hotels I’ve stayed in.
