Positive: I really enjoyed my brief stay here. It was only meant to be a 'stop off' travelling between Trabzon and Kars, but I wish I'd stayed longer. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening meal were also excellent.

Negative: Nothing of note.
