Positive: Perfect quiet location within 20 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment is huge with a nice garden and two separate toilet rooms. A medium grocery store is about 5 minutes to walk. The apartment was very clean, modern and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host went smooth and we had no problem at all.

Negative: Just as a additional feature, a toaster would be convenient.

Summary: Modern, central, clean and well equipped apartment with nothing to complain about

Positive: The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. I really loved the quiet and green neighborhood of Černá Pole, yet it was still very easy to reach the city center by tram. Plus, Villa Tugendhat is just around the corner. The bathtub was large and perfect to relax in after a long day.

Positive: All the amenities was there, had no water for 24hrs, but this was not the owners fault, they kept in touch with us, about the burst pipe been mended.

Negative: It was slightly hard to find, but we were late arriving, but the proprietors of a local restaurant assisted us. Very welcoming, right in the square. We Parked next door, but the carpark was only up the street. I could have done with some hot water in the shower. The washing machine was very handy.

Summary: Wonderful stay, we arrived back from Matala with a family of cats sleeping comfortably on the loungers. Would definitely

Positive: House in very good conditions overall and very clean. Very convenient if you want to visit nice beaches (Kommos, Matala, etc.), historic sites (Festo), good and cheap restaurants. Pool although small is nice. Possibility to grill outside. Manager Joannis very kind and helpful.

Negative: Peanuts. Not very easy to find with Google Maps (but manager on the phone was helpful). I would add a multiple socket near the bed (if you need to recharge your cell phone you cannot keep the small lamp on)

Positive: I travel a lot and this is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It is spacious, extremely well finished, and is fitted with anything anyone could ever need during a stay. The hosts are super, and very responsive - messages are answered straight away. I couldn't recommend this place more :)
