Summary: Always a pleasant stay! Staff and rooms are lovely. if I was to change or request anything some of the rooms could do with up graded smart TV's other then that I absolutely love staying At the Black Diamond, it quiet, safe, convenient and the rooms are beautiful! It is my favourite place in Blackwater to stay and I Highly recommend your next stay be here!

Summary: Bed was really comfortable, sheets were really nice, shower was hot, room was clean. Price was good. Noisy at times being on highway and railway line, but not too bad really.

Summary: The property is right beside the Capricorn Highway with road traffic slowing from around 10:00pm but starting up again at 4:00am. Walls are paper thin so the ability to block out road noise and neighbours party impossible.

Summary: Basic but ok. Cleaning requires a little attention and fittings need updating. Such as new lighting. The existing fluorescent tubes are missing the covers/diffuser and there’s no ceiling fan. Bathroom is updated and is good with the exception of a working exhaust fan.
