Positive: First of all the welcome is fantastic from the owners and the employees, very kind and professional. The bungalows are very functionals and very well designed for comfort. The roof terrace with a view of the lake is great The Resort is very nice with a beautiful swimming pool. Lots of places to eat, restaurant on site. I recommend+++ thank you for this great stay.

Positive: Everything was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very comfortable with a great bed. All our needs were met and the owner is such a lovely woman. They let us use their kayaks in the lake which was beautiful. Also they gave us an extra duvet and did our laundry for a small cost even though they did not have a service. We were so thankful for the experience and would recommend to everyone. Definitely do the hike up naga mountain.

Positive: The location and setup were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The challis was nicely set up and the balcony space provided a place to relax eat and drink whilst viewing the lake.

Negative: We visited out of season and there were no other guests meaning a lack of atmosphere. The balcony area was a little unclean as it had not been prepared for the season yet. Despite this the staff catered to our needs breakfast was good.

Summary: Great place for a base to visit the area . Good for kids and water sports on the lake.

Positive: BKL Happy World is a family run waterpark with accomodation. So you can take a swim even during the dry season. The owner likes to expand the facilities for more Bungalows. I had the feeling we had good luck with almost a new bungalow. Therefore everything was very clean. The owner is very fluent in English and very helpful .The resort is close to a bigger lake, good for a nice sunset . The facility offers the option for canooing. The Gym has excellent options for workout in functionality and variety .

Negative: But something has to be improved immediatedly, the organisation of the breakfast and the breakfast itself. When no buffet is offered the coffee is great, since made by an professional coffee maker. But the desaster comes up , when there is a breakfast buffet. The coffee you can find is Filter Coffee made with an old fashioned perculator ,. On the first view, you think it's tea...! Due to the lack of personal, the buffet is not well maintained, the very few choice of food wasn't refilled. May be the addition of fried rice, or a Slice of ham, or a Hot Dog, a Banana Cake, fried and boiled eggs prepared already could make future customers smile when they talk about the breakfast at BKL Happy World. One person to keep up the buffet and the kitchen is definitely not enough !

Positive: Very nice people that made us very welcome and " happy " simultaneously...Great venue for families, friendly atmosphere and " Good Vibrations " all around. Lovely food and a selection ice cold / hot beverages. Ample parking and BKL Happy World is situated on a relatively safe stretch of road a few kilometres out from the centre of Bueng Khong Long.
