Summary: This 48 room hotel is amazing and a hidden gem in Ubud. Close to everything and on a quiet street, the staff is so helpful and they offer a unique experience. Many included programs to learn and experience Balinese culture. A pristine infinity pool I could swim laps in as others also enjoyed the pool. Plus breakfast, included and top notch. Fresh everything, so many choices and the most amazing surroundings to enjoy the food peacefully.

Summary: Loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious, as well as their restaurants on property. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ubud. Thank you Bisma 8! Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the amenities more but we were too busy on the go! Missed out on free photoshoot and some other activities, as well as free 30 min massage.

Summary: We checked in late in darkness on 12 November 2025 after arriving in Denpasar, and the whole process was smooth and welcoming. The issue only became clear the next morning. The room was advertised on your website with a calm forest view, which was one of the main reasons we chose it. In reality, the outlook was very different. There was construction noise near our room and noise from a generator during breakfast that brings both a less appealing view and noticeable noise. It does take away from the quiet escape we had hoped for. I have taken photographs if you are interested. Although we liked the service, the experience does not align with what was advertised.
