Summary: Beautiful old hotel across the river from the castle. A great location for easy walking within the city. The rooms could use a bit of an update but the room was clean and a good size. We would definitely return.

Summary: Robyn, Patrick, and Emmet were life savers. We had a flat tire on our rental car earlier in the day so I was extremely stressed when we arrived. I had to have the rental car company send someone to replace the tire. Patrick and Robyn got us all checked in and helped with our luggage. When the car guy hadn't shown up by bedtime, Emmet took care of taking him to the car so he could fix everything so we could go to bed. When we got up the next morning, they had taken care of everything so we could be on our way again. All of the help was greatly appreciated!

Summary: Excellent staff at reception. Beautiful property with a wonderful restaurant. We stayed at a spacious, beautifuly decorated one bedroom apartment in an adjacent building. The living room was large, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The small frig was plenty for our needs. The only problem was that shower water temperature was unreliable. The two couples that we traveled with stayed in the main hotel and did not have that problem
