Positive: How much space do I need to live comfortably? At least now I know I need more space than was available in the Birtin Works apartment in Sheffield. I wouldn't go so far as to call it claustrophobic, but it's not cozy either. After we received an extra set of pots and pans, the kitchen was well utilized for our basic requirement of cooking our own food; this is one of the reasons we prefer to book apartments instead of hotelrooms. The apartment is located outside city center in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. A Tesco superstore is nearby and we had no problems reaching both it and the city center on foot.

Negative: Unfortunately, the bed was another box spring matress. The floor in the whole place was very unsympathetic. Although it has not a lot of impact on the standard of living, the plinths were in very poor shape.

Positive: Decent location, warm, nice bath/shower

Negative: Mattress is terrible, so is the sofa. Kitchen is missing many items. I only stay here because it's cheap but I recommend going somewhere else if you can afford it.

Positive: I've stayed here a few times and they never fix any of the problems I tell them about. I only stay here because it's cheap.

Negative: Awful mattress, awful sofa, kitchen is under equipped and they can't even bother to buy a £1 broom so you can't sweep the floor. Stay somewhere else if you can afford it. Fed up with these hosts cutting corners.
