Our Birds Nest is tugged under the rooftop of a century old bourgeois, centrally located city house. Five minutes from the beach and busy rue de France, all amenities are in short walking distance. The warmth of the old stone, the clearness of light coming from the rooftop windows create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. The apartment is perfect for a family or three couples or friends. The appartment is on one level, there is no mezzanine or second floor. The surface of the appartment is 94 m2 or 1011 squarefeet. The space behind the frosted glass is empty and not accessible. We use it from time to time as storage space.

Find several bakeries, stores, and an organic supermarket around the corner as well as great restaurants and cafes. Take a 5-minute stroll to reach the famous Promenade des Anglais, Hotel Negresco, and the vibrant Rue de France.
All buses are either running on Promenade des Anglais, from train central station or within a 10 minute walk. Parking is available in the nearby parking garage or on the street.
Guests traveling without their own car may use the carsharing autobleu, which has very convenient stations just across Boulevard Gambetta. Velo Lib, the bike rental in Nice, has several pick up/drop off stations a minute or two away.

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):

8pm – 10pm: 75€
10pm – 12am: 100€
12am – 1am: 150€
After 1am: 200€
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

Summary: Hanna was wonderfull host! The apartment is bright and airy. Very clean and comfortable for 6 adults. Air conditioning was not working but we managed with opening windows. Would recommend to others!
