Summary: Dean and Paul are wonderful hosts and made our stay at the Birchwood extremely comfortable. They also helped us navigate our upcoming trip through inclement weather. The hotel itself is lovely and very thoughtfully constructed. Will definitely stay here next time in Pitlochry.

Summary: We had a lovely 1 night stay at Saorsa on Friday night. The room was lovely, airy and comfortable. It was great not having a TV in the room, the Bluetooth speaker was enough all that you needed. We booked the 5 course taster menu and was not disappointed, every course was well presented and tasted amazing as did the cocktails at the bar. The 2 course breakfast was also great and very filling for the whole day. This is a place that we will definitely go back to when up in the Pitlochry area again, room, food, drinks and staff all great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: An absolute pleasure! It may say it is a “plant-based hotel” but wether you are a vegan, vegetarian or just like vegetables once and a while, you should really go!!! They are so friendly - the hotel has so much charm - the staff are super helpful and sweet - and the food is so well made!!! This is not your average, boring, “concept hotel, but a hotel with passion!

Summary: The property is beautiful with several lovely outdoor spots and close to town. Our room was comfy and quiet and we enjoyed the bar and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: Great stay. Our room was large and cozy, with a comfortable bed. Great room amenities and tasty breakfast. However, we were a bit disappointed because we had booked and prepaid the 5-course tasting menu for diner at the hotel restaurant, which was canceled by the hotel, without any communication to us.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Soarsa 1875. Everything from start to finish was brilliant. A very friendly welcome, excellent cocktails and the food was delicious. It's a great location for walks in the surrounding area and close to the shops in Pitlochr too. We will definitely be staying again!
