Positive: I rarely see accurate descriptions of properties that are matching the reality, well, this is one of them. An excellent convenient location with a stunning view of the sea, private parking, easily accessible from one of the "bigger" streets of the island so you don't have to drive kilometers on a narrow road hoping not to be hit by a native going on the opposite direction at 80 km/h -- yet distant enough from that road to not be bothered by occasionally passing by traffic. The communication with the owners was also very spot on, together with recommendations on places to visit, where to eat, etc etc.

Negative: The included corkscrew was broken. For an Italian house that's a bummer :))) But I am pretty sure it will be replaced by the time YOU visit the house. :)))
